CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT IS THE LIFEBLOOD OF OUR MINISTRY!
These curriculums are what volunteers rely on to be able to teach and train. It can be as simple as taking the education, training, or experiential knowledge you have gleaned in your professional career and creating a deck of slides that could be presented in an hour. Curriculum developers will submit a resume of qualifications as well as the desired topic they would like to create a presentation about. Your curriculum could become a featured training of OneSpark Int’l used to help sites in dozens of nations

Those who have spent years teaching or have facilitated teacher trainings in the past can edify teachers around the world in a critical area (such as classroom management, crisis intervention, creating rapport, and more).
business DEVELOPMENT
Do you have experience in management or entrepreneurship? Have you managed a staff- small or large? Create a simple training on tips and tricks (like how to help your staff run efficiently, how to build good business culture, or how to identify and grow staff’s natural talents). Your advice could mean sink or swim for a Christian-run business in an area without free access to the Gospel.
AGRICULTURAL TRAINING
Do you love working with soy? Do you know pig farming inside and out? Could you help a fish farm get off the ground? Share your expertise by putting together a presentation in your specific agriculture/farming area to help businesses thrive in least-reached areas.
