Yes! We have multiple volunteer roles to fit any level of experience, skills, and time commitments — from experienced business professionals to those who simply have time and a willing heart to serve others.

A willing heart first and foremost! We do have an application process and if you are applying for a virtual position, you must have a computer with internet access.

ABecause you can 'SPARK CHANGE' and make a difference in the lives of the least of these - those who have little hope for education, training, escaping the cycle of poverty, and those who have little to no access to the Good News of the Gospel.

As a One Spark Int'l Volunteer, you will be part of a international non-profit organization dedicated to the growth and transformation of small businesses and Christian communities located in some of the most imporerished areas of the world, and in areas where the people have little to no access to the Gospel. You will work with many great people,and will have the support and infrastructure of a One Spark Int'l staff to give you the tools and opportunities to excel as a volunteer.

The training and onboarding at One Spark Int'l varies based on the volunteer role you take. Some roles require more training and onboarding, while other roles require less.

To become a One Spark Int'l volunteer, you will need to complete a volunteer application. Your application will be reviewed and a staff member will contact you for an appointment to interview you to better understand your experience, background and interest.
