Do you have one hour a week and a heart for children? If so, this opportunity is for YOU! Using pre-developed lesson plans, you will be virtually teaching English to a small group of children in an underdeveloped area of the world. All applicants must be approved, complete a four-hour training course and teach a minimum of four classes in conjunction with a One Spark Int’l staff member.

One of the greatest needs we have seen is for professional training for local teachers. Because most of our work is done in underdeveloped and impoverished areas, the level of education for teachers is severely lacking. We need trainings in many different levels and subjects (child development, classroom management, teaching techniques) and training for teachers who have little to no training.

This opportunity can be for certified teachers or for those with no teaching experience, but who have a heart for training teachers and are willing to use a pre-developed curriculum and training manual. All trainers must be approved and go through a four hour training course. A One Spark Int’l staff member will be present and available for all trainings.

OneSpark Int’l partners with several overseas businesses that make huge impacts spiritually, socially, economically, and environmentally. To continue to stay afloat and be profitable, these businesses need trainings on the latest and greatest techniques in staff management, strategic planning, and business/accounting software. You don’t have to be a business expert to lead the trainings. You will be provided with curriculum and powerpoints, and will be trained in the material enough to answer questions and facilitate the training. All that’s necessary is good internet connection, professional attitude, heart for the unreached, and a few hours to spare! All trainers must be approved and go through a four hour training course. A One Spark Int’l staff member will be present and available for all trainings.
